Rotary Jet Extraction is what we use to clean most residential carpet and commercial carpet. This process is common and professionally referred to as hot water extraction with simultaneous rotary agitation that provides best in industry carpet cleaning. A quick walk through the cleaning process is as follows: prepare room for cleaning, vacuum, vacuum edges and apply cleaning detergents as necessary. We also apply fans for faster drying.

No, you do not need to vacuum the carpet you want to have cleaned. We will take care of vacuuming the open areas and utilizing our crevice tool, vacuuming the edge of the room where dust and debris settles as well.
